We're hiring across Northern New Jersey
EMT — Field
Provide safe, compassionate non-emergency medical transport across Northern NJ. Operate stretcher ambulances and assist patients with care and dignity. Work closely with hospitals, nursing homes, dialysis centers, and families.
Medical Transport Driver — Field
Drive wheelchair-accessible MAVs across Northern NJ. Assist passengers in and out of the vehicle. Maintain on-time pickups for recurring dialysis schedules and medical appointments.
Business Development — Office
Build and maintain partnerships with hospitals, nursing homes, dialysis centers, and assisted living facilities across Northern NJ. Drive new account growth and account retention.
What we look for
Field Roles — EMT & Driver
- Up-to-date NJ or National Registry EMT certification (EMT roles only)
- Up-to-date BLS / healthcare provider CPR/AED card
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients
- Professional documentation skills
- Background check and drug screening

Business Development Role
- Business development or sales experience (healthcare or NEMT industry preferred)
- Relationship-building skills with facility decision-makers
- Comfort with B2B sales cycles and contract negotiation
- Self-directed and organized
- Valid driver's license
